Maicos Bakery was born from a simple conviction: that the best bread cannot be hurried. Located in the heart of Burbank, we spend 36 hours on what others finish in 36 minutes. Our sourdough ferments overnight. Our croissants are laminated by hand, fold after careful fold. We believe your morning ritual deserves nothing less than devotion.

We opened because Burbank deserved
a place that slows down.

Maicos Bakery started as a weekend project — a small oven, a recipe notebook, and a stubborn belief that bread should taste like something you remember. Word spread quietly at first. Then the line formed.

Today we bake every morning at 5 AM from our kitchen on Nagle Ave. We still use the same notebook. We still taste every batch before it reaches the display case. And we still believe that showing up early is the only secret ingredient worth talking about.
